Membership Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Oregon Bass and Panfish Club. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your membership registration.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who support the club’s mission and objectives. You must be at least 18 years old to join.

3. Membership Fees

Members are required to pay an annual membership fee. The fee amount is subject to change and will be communicated to members in advance. Payment is due at the time of registration and annually on the anniversary of your membership.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the club. This includes:

7. Limitation of Liability

The club is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during club events or activities. Members participate at their own risk.

8. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated if a member:

  • Violates the club’s rules or these terms and conditions.

  • Engages in conduct detrimental to the club.

  • Fails to pay the membership fee.

9. Amendments

The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply with the updated terms.
